What Causes Irritable Open Sores Below The Tailbone?
Hi , I have found 2 open sores , well I think there sores at the very bottom of my tailbone and in between my butt cheeks at the top, they are irritable, I have no other symptoms but can t stop itching that area! Do you know what this could be? I have heard that it could be sweat rubbing against my clothing ??

Hi,
It seems that there might be having some skin infection like dermatitis due to friction of clothes with perspiration.
Due to itching there might be having secondary bacterial infection giving rise skin and soft tissue infection.
You might require one course of antibiotic medicine to cure infection.
Take Benadryl or cetrizine for itching.
Clean local part with warm water and apply antibiotic cream.
Ok and take care.
Keep local part clean, dry and airy.
