What Causes Irregular Vaginal Bleeding When Diagnosed With PCOD?

I had a period for 10 days and it ended on Saturday which was 7days ago I had sex on Monday and two days after I started with brown discharge and now today iv started bleeding not heavy, I found out I had polycystic ovaries after my pregnancy but never have I experienced this

I have gone through your query. In polycystic ovaries there are many follicles but maturation and release of egg doesn't occurs. Because eggs are not released progesterone levels will be too low and estrogen and androgen level become too high which causes irregularity in menstrual cycle. If you lose about 10 percent of body weigh which will help in decreasing insulin level and there by helps in ovulation. So worsening of your symptoms can be due to weight gain after pregnancy. Drugs like metformin is helpful for this.
