I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS SLEEPING FOR PAST 2 WEEKS.FIRST BEEN WAKING UP AFTER 5 HOURS TO URINATE. THEN GO BACK TO SLEEP USUALLY GET ONLY ONE MORE HOUR. NEXT PAST TOW DAYS AFTER I GO BACK TO SLEEP GET 2 HOURS SLEEP. I TRIED TAKING A NATURAL HERB TWO DAYS AGO WAS TOLD GOOD FOR MY DIABETESE TYPE 2. I TOOK BLACK SEED OIL FOR 4 DAYS. WHAT I NOTICED IS AN IMPRESSIVE REDUCTION IN MY SYSTOLIC FROM AVERAGE 138-145 TO 122-133 DIASTOLIC ABOUT FROM 85-95 TO 75-85. MY HEAR BEEAT ALSO DROPPED FROM 85 TO 77 ABOUT. I STOPPED TAKING THE HERB AS AT RESTING MY HEART BEET DROPPED TO AS LOW AS 57 AT NIGHT AND EVEN AT DAY SITTING AT DESK CAN GO DOWN TO 62. I M 5 8 245 POUNDS I GO TO THE GYME 4 DAYS A WEEK MOSTLY CARDIO WAS DIAGNOSED WITH DIABETESE A YEAR AGO AND STOPPED TAKING ALL MEDS AFTER ONE MONTH. CHANGED MY DIET AND LOST 17 POUNDS. MY WORKS OUTS ARE ALWAYS CARDIO FOR 1 HOUR AND DO WEIGHTS FOR 2 WORK OUTS A WEEK. WHAT I AM NOW WORRIED ABOUT IS THE FLUCTUATIONS IN MY PULSE JUST SITTING AT THE DESK IT FLUCTUATES FROM 62-78 IN 30 SECONDS. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR SEVERAL DAYS I WENT TO THE HOSTPITAL AND THEY WOULDN T DO A ECG SEEMS THEY FELT BASED ON MY BLOOD PRESSURE AND HEART RATE I M CRAZY I TRIED TO TELL THEM THE GOOD TEST ARE NOT NORMAL FOR ME. Dear , This is Dr. S.Tomar from healthcaremagic.com's medical team and I will be your medical adviser for this question. Thank you for sharing your concern with us and showing trust on us.
Your main problem is related with sleep which has started very recently . Your blood pressure and glucose levels are quite well controlled and I would like to tell you that control always these two readings strictly . In diabetics sleep gets disturbed mainly because of frequent urination so it's advised not to drink water after 7 pm so that you will not feel urgency at night time . Here some basic tips for good sleep should also be followed like going to bed everyday at same time . Its also important too skip naps in day time . I would suggest you to exercise regularly atleast 5 days a week . Your dinner should be atleast 2 hour before going to bed . Avoid alcohol , coffee , smoke . And don't watch TV AT nights. Make your bedroom conditions more comfortable as you want it to be . Always take your prescribed medicine at same times and regularly . These tips can solve most of the sleep related problems . Now we talk about your heart related issues . I would recommend you to get a stress test and ECHO done straight away and if the reports come normal then forget heart related issues .I would also recommend you to practice deep breathing exercise 2 to 3 times everyday whenever you get time . As far as sleep medicines are concerned so I would not recommend to take because your problem has just begun recently and it can be controlled with proper life style modification , selfcare .

This is my initial response and feel free to contact if you need any further clarification .

Thank you for your question and feel free to contact us further for any query or follow up.

sincerely,

DR.S.TOMAR
