Dear , This is Dr. S.Tomar from healthcaremagic.com's medical team and I will be your medical adviser for this question. Thank you for sharing your concern with us and showing trust on us.
Your main problem is related with sleep which has started very recently . Your blood pressure and
glucose levels are quite well controlled and I would like to tell you that control always these two readings strictly . In diabetics sleep gets disturbed mainly because of
frequent urination so it's advised not to drink water after 7 pm so that you will not feel urgency at night time . Here some basic tips for good sleep should also be followed like going to bed everyday at same time . Its also important too skip naps in day time . I would suggest you to exercise regularly atleast 5 days a week . Your dinner should be atleast 2 hour before going to bed . Avoid alcohol , coffee , smoke . And don't watch TV AT nights. Make your bedroom conditions more comfortable as you want it to be . Always take your prescribed medicine at same times and regularly . These tips can solve most of the sleep related problems . Now we talk about your heart related issues . I would recommend you to get a
stress test and ECHO done straight away and if the reports come normal then forget heart related issues .I would also recommend you to practice deep
breathing exercise 2 to 3 times everyday whenever you get time . As far as sleep medicines are concerned so I would not recommend to take because your problem has just begun recently and it can be controlled with proper life style modification , selfcare .
This is my initial response and feel free to contact if you need any further clarification .
