What Causes Irregular Periods?

I am 45 my last period was on 12/12/16 and my next suppose to be on 7/1/17 but until today I not get it. My period is not regular. Since 3yrs I have stop using contraceptive pills and using condoms but sometimes penetration without condom for minutes only. My worry is if the foreplay without condom can make me pregnant. I have done a pregnancy test last week the results was negative. Please advice whether I should be do another pregnancy test or is it the pre-menopause changes. E-Mail me on. YYYY@YYYY . Thanks

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Pregnancy does not occur with four play or penetration without discharge. it possible only if the discharge inside.

So if he has not discharged inside, pregnancy is very unlikely.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman,
