Irregular periods warrants detailed evaluation to find out underlying cause and treatment accordingly.
I would advise you for a battry of tests like hormonal study like serum prolactin, blood sugar, liver function test and an ultrasound if need be.
Obesity, stress and anxiety and PCOD can lead to irregular periods.
In my opinion you should see a gynaecologist for detailed evaluation to establish a diagnosis and further course of action.
If you can write back to me with relevant medical history like your weight, BMI and scan copy of all the reports so that I will be able to tell you more precisely. Waiting for your reply. Best wishes
