Hi I ve add pomeroy procedure done in 2003 but in May 2015 I add it reversed and since we have been trying to get pregnant ..but since then my period have been all over the place one month my cycle is 26 days but the next month is 35-36 days ..and every month I have these symptom that I never add before the surgery and from what I can guess they where pms symptom because I m still not pregnant ..it started a few days ago at work I got a few moment when I was dizzy Wich I dint really give in too much thought until yesturday when other symptom started appearing like tender breast abd cramps fatigue clear discharge and this feeling like I have a knife stuck in my stomach and the worst mood swing ever ..my period are due to start on the 27 of February so that means my ovulation was just a few days ago on February 13 ..I ve add those symptom every month since the surgery except for major mood swing and the dizziness and the discharge is a bit more then usual ..the reason I m concern is that when I was pregnant for my first child I fainted and that s how I found out I was pregnant so if I m dizzy this time could it be a pregnancy or is it part of pms ..I m so confuse and l can t make the differences between both anymore and every month I put my hopes up because symptom are so similar and end up being disappointed of the results..I just want to know if there s any ways to make the difference between being prego or pms
