What Causes Irregular Periods Post Childbirth?
Good morning sir,1: i have on important question to ask about my wife health we married more then 2 years now but yet we dont have baby but she having irregular monthly prods since 2 years more then 20 days in month can you please suggest me treatment..? 2: if i used Gel or cream during intercourse could be the reason of inaction?3, what is the best treatment for it? thanks and Regard

Regarding your experience with irregular menstrual period as well as inability to get pregnant since 2yrs ago I will suggest you have developed an infertility due to the following
Hormone inbalance
Polycystic ovarian syndrome
Premature ovarian failure
Uterine fibroid
Endometritis
Oligospermia (low sperm count)
In view of this please do a pelvic scan semen analysis and a hormone profile test then schedule an appointment with a gynecologist specialist for expert clinical assessment and adequate drug treatment
Regarding issue of vagina dryness the best treatment is hormone replacementy therapy (estrogen)
I don't believe the cream or gel is the reason for inaction it will be possibly caused by loss of libido due to chonic infection
