General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to HCM and thanks for writing to us. I can understand your concern very well.

According to your history, it seems in my opinion that you are having polycystic ovarian syndrome, but you need to confirm the diagnosis with your gynec.

I would suggest you few blood tests like fasting sugar and after drinking glucose solution (Glucose Tolerance Test), lipid profile, thyroid profile, FSH, LH, total testosterone, DHEA-S and prolactin.

I would also advise you to go for ultrasound of your pelvis with your gynec to rule out any pelvic organ pathology. You also need to lose weight by any cost and you need to find time for that.

Hope this answers your question and let me know the reports, so that i can guide you in right direction further.
