welcome to hcm,
I really appreciate your concern,
1. You are suffering from PCO (polycystic ovaries) which leads to delayed and irregular periods. This also leads to blackish colour dischargr
Do you have pain while micturating?

2. Meanwhile if you are overweight, you need to lose weight as overweight women have irregular periods.

Poly cystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a treatable condition. It happens due to imbalance of hormones and can present as increase in body weight, increased body hair and irregular or absent monthly periods.

Treatment of Polycystic ovaries is by taking birth control pills for few months under doctors guidance. I assume your hormones are within the normal range as nothing abnormal has been written by you.

It is also important to know what are the tests done for you and the results before your condition can be confirmed. Polycystic ovaries is a condition that shows up on a pelvis ultrasound scan in almost half of those who have this condition. If you have not got a pelvic ultrasound scan done then I suggest you get it done and this will help in understanding your condition better. Any other condition will also be known.

Stress related anxiety or taking emergency contraceptive pills frequently can also delay periods by a months. Please try to be stress free and keep your mind relaxed and avoid frequent use of emergency pills if you have done it.
Please let me know if you have any questions,
thanks.regards.
