What Causes Irregular Periods Along With Severe Weakness And Cystic Acne On Face?

I am 18 years old and I started my period in the 7th grade. I have always had an irregular period Meaning I go up to 6 months without having one. i have servere cystic acne and I have spells where I get really weak but idk if either of these things have anything to do with it. Is this something I should be concerned about?

As per your complain it seems that the symptoms of irregular periods and weakness along with Cystic acne seems to be due to Hormonal Imbalances and as you do not get periods for even 6 months also, it is a matter of concern and you need to consult a Gynaecologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like blood tests for checking hormone levels and pelvic ultrasonography can help in ruling out the cause and treatment can be done accordingly..
You can be advised hormone replacement therapy along with nutritious diet, multivitamin supplements and moderate workuout..
As of now for acne you can start taking topical antibiotic and anti acne treatment like washing your face with Salicylic acid containing facewash..
You can apply creams containing Benzoyl peroxide and Clindanycin over the pimples..
Apply Adapelene gel at night..
Do cool compresses over the pimples..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week..
You can also be advised oral antibiotics and retinoids like Isotretinoin for resolution..
Avoid oily food and drink plenty of water..
