What Causes Irregular Periods After Taking Postinor?

please i took postnor after having sex and later my menstrual cycle change of which it come gore earlier than i expected ,and it was 3day instead of my normal days.please advice me .this month it also come late but it was just for 3day Instead

Postinor contains 'levonorgestrel', which is an emergency contraceptive pill.
It has to be taken within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse to prevent unwanted or accidental pregnancy.
The pill would prevent pregnancy by causing withdrawal bleeding within 3 weeks from the day of its intake.
Depending on the time of the bleeding following pill intake, your cycle schedule might change. Hence it may happen few days early or late.
Your number of days for the next cycle would be same as was earlier.
