What Causes Irregular Menstruation With Vaginal Spotting?
I had a Pap Smear September 30, 2015 and it was normal....but since November I haven t had a normal period only spotting.... I see blood when I wipe but never on the pad. Yesterday I started a regular period with a few blood clots....Whats some reasons that could of happened???

There are several reasons of getting irregular menstruation. It can be due to hormonal imbalance, stress, polycystic ovarian syndrome, premature ovarian failure or menopause since you didn't mention your age I can't predict its menopause.
