General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You are suffering from irregular menstruation with lower back pain post delivery. You have been using condoms and it did not break, you are 4 months late on periods. Irregular periods post delivery commonly occurs due to poor general health condition, anemia, PCOS, stress, altered hormone levels, loss or gain of weight, breastfeeding, etc. You are suggested to take adequate rest, avoid stress (both physical and emotional), take home made balanced diet rich in iron, minerals, protein supplemented with berries, fruits and veggies.

Give time to yourself, time to recover, after the hormone levels return to normal, menstruations will get regularized. You can take uterine tonics. It will help to regularize your periods. Stay away from addictions if any. Since you are 4 months late on periods get clinically examined by an OBGYN, get per vaginal examination done to detect bulky uterus. Get USG (uterus with fallopian) tubes done to detect pregnancy and rule out ectopic pregnancy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
