What Causes Irregular Menstruation While Having PCOS?

I have PCOS, and my cycles are irregular. I have been spotting for about three weeks now with some lower back pain for two weeks, accompanied with nausea and fatigue. I took a pregnancy test a month ago and it was negative. Being that I have PCOS and an irregular cycle, is there a chance that pregnancy could be the issue?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the PCOS condition then irregular period is very likely condition and for pregnancy it may be possible but little uncertain but it is advisable keep trying for conception hope this information helps.
