Hello dear
I understand your concern
PCOS is very complex disease and require proper treatment under the advise of the gynecologist.
Main aim of the treatment is to regularize the period, decrease the insulin resistance, and induce the ovulation.
You can ask your gynecologist following drug in addition of the deviry.
Tablet clomiphene citrate in first 4-5 days of the period.
Tablet meformin to induce the ovualtion
Other drugs like spironolactone and FSH analogue can be useful
Do regular exercise in the morning for 45-60 minutes and reduce your weight if you are obese.
Avoid excessive sweet in the diet, take more green leafy vegetables and frsh fruits,
Avoid stress and drink plenty of water
Hope this may help you
