What Causes Irregular Menstrual Cycle Post Laparoscopic Surgery For Tubal Ligation?
Hi, I had a laparscopy tuballigation ealier tjis year. My menstrual cycle has been normal regular bleeding lasting about 5-7 days. This month I started on 10/2 it too lasted about 5 days. Nine days,later my menstrual cycle started back up. Its,gone from regular bleed to brown to light glow. I am on day 6 now. Why 2 cycles in one month?

I understand your concern.
Any stress tends to disturb menstrual cycle..similarly laparoscopic tubectemy too can lead to menstrual abnormality. It should resume it's normality within 3-6 months of operation.
YOu can take medicines to control it, in case it's too much to cause a stress to you. Take iron, protein & vitamin sulpements.
