Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. Possibly you are suffering from health anxiety. Anxiety is fear of something which may or may not be true or may or may not happen in the future. Anxiety is known to produce so many weird symptoms which has no physiological back up. They tend to be just obsessive. irregular heart rate, breathing troubles and numbness in hands could just be obsessive thoughts due to your health anxiety. Consult a psychologist for further treatment.

Psychotherapy techniques should suit your requirement. If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe the needed psychotherapy techniques.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
