i am 29, 5'5, 150lbs...had a baby april 2010...3 months ago started having irregular periods and sharp shooting pains on right side of lower and middle abdomin. each month since then my period has been a week early with same symptoms-sometimes throughout entire month sporatically. now it was due yesterday and i have pains, severe lower bachpain and nightsweats but only 1 drop of blood on tampon both yesterday and today?..got any advice? went to doc 2mo ago was told she saw nothin' on ultrasound but it sounded like a cyst ruptured????
