What Causes Interrupted Sleep Pattern While On Mirapex .25mg And Clonazapam .25mg?

I have RLS. I have been taking Mirapex (1 mg) and clonazapam (1 mg) for several years. I have weaned myself down to .25 mg of both men s. I now have interrupted sleep patterns through the nite. Is there an alternative non prescription (non drug) protocol to reduce or eliminate this condition?

yes you can massage your legs with little bit hot oils like olive oil or mustard oil , you can use heating pads as well that will help in reliving the symptoms and drink half a glass of cold milk before u sleep
