What Causes Internal Bleeding Due To Clots In Legs?

my 83 yr old dad is in the hospital with internal bleed due to meds or blood clots that he has in both legs. They can not find where the bleed is coming from. this has been going on for 3 days. what kind of specialist should he be seeing? Any advise would be appreciated. This is not unusual effect of anticoagulant medications but now,the source of bleeding should be found. If there is no any evidence then he should do scintigrapy or angiography of whole body. Most common cause is bleeding in colon or lungs so these should be ruled out first.
