What Causes Intermittent Vibrations Around The Groin Region?

I ve noticed this problem for quite some time now, but today it s been going on all day. In my left groin area, i feel this slight vibration feeling. It comes and goes. I will feel it vibrate for 5-10 seconds and then stops for a minute or two. It s not on the surface but inside.

if there is no pain or any discomfort i sugest leaving it alone,
