What Causes Intermittent Stomach Pain And Dizziness?

My 10 year old has been complaining of stomach pain off and on for a while. Her pediatrician recommended a laxative. So we have been doing that for about 4 months. It seems to help a little but my daughter still complains of stomach pains at random times. It doesn t seem to matter before and after meals. In the past few days she has also been complaining of dizziness and she has dark circles around her eyes. She is a very small and petite framed child. So, I worry about malnutrition all the time with her. She takes a multivitamin everyday. Any ideas would be helpful.
