What Causes Intermittent Severe Chest Pain And Tingling Sensation In Limbs?

Hi, my friend is having some serious chest pain and it comes and goes in waves. At one point she passed out and says that her left arm and hand are tingling. She is currently responsive and has been for about 20 minutes, however she is still in pain and we are not sure if this is passing or if we should still seek medical help.

HI
Well come to HCM
History of pass out after chest pain could be due to cardiac condition may be arrhythmia and this need to be differentiated and for that ECHO study is the only way simultaneously CT brain also be needed, here age of patient is not mentioned else something more could have been possibly stated, take care.
