What Causes Intermittent Right Abdominal Pain?

Having pain off and on for months on right side of abdomen, top of my ribs sometimes and tightness in chest sometimes and lower back. Went to doc had ekg, that was normal, lungs sounded normal. They said heartburn and sent me out with nexium. It s not that at all. Not sure where to go next or what it is

I will advise you to take naxium drugs for gastroesophageal reflux disease.....
After taking this drugs show any symptoms relife occurs or not.....

Do some diet and lifestyle modifications like...
Avoid citrus foods, spicy food, alcohol, coffee and chocolate...

Take small amount of meal and chew properly...
Drink more water...
Avoid immeadiate lying down after meal...

Elevate your head during sleeping time....
Avoid stress.....
Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower, And carbonated drinks etc.....

After taking this much care still symptoms are present than consent a gastroenterologist for further treatment.
Endoscopy can done if needed...
