What Causes Intermittent Pricking Pain In The Chest?

Hello, I am 26 smoker, recently had a ECG, chest x-ray and blood tests done with normal results. But I ve been having these needle pains in my right and left chest that come for 5 secs and go away for almost 10 days. Any opinion what are they, and are they heart related??

Hello. The pain you decribed doesnt appear to be heart related. It looks more like a gastric problem. Quitting smoking will help your worry and also ensure you have a healthy heart in the long run. Regards
