What Causes Intermittent Pain In The Thighs, Arms And Shoulders?

I am a 51 y.o. fair complexation female. Right knee replacement at age 48, OA in my right and left hip, left knee. Even though I faithfully take calcium/ Day/mag supp I m experiencing deep pain intermittently in my right amd left thighs. Also recently, my arms have been hurting as well as my shoulders. Should I suspect osteoporosis? I drink at least 3 L water/24hrs and eat very healthy. Thank you.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the pain condition with history of knee replacement then it is the osto-arthritis condition and it may not be any thing else unless it is being diagnosed something else clinically hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
