What Causes Intermittent Lower Left Abdominal Pain And Blood In Stool?

l have pain/tenderness in lower left abdomen that comes and goes for years now. It hurts to walk and sit on something hard. Intercourse is painful. It hurts to cough and sneeze. I have had this for years. The flare ups vary in strength and length of time they last. I also have been having narrow stools quite often. I quite often have urge to go. I sometimes have red blood in stool. I ve had allot of gas both ways. I normally have very little to none. I have had a little difficulty passing stools the last four days. I normally have no trouble. I quite often feel week and fatigued. I sometimes feel nauseated, especially in the morning. Eating relieves it.

Hello,

I think you need to do a colonoscopy to clarify the situation if this is Morbus Crohn or ulcerous colitis. These are the frequent pathology that has these clinic signs.
