What Causes Intermittent Left Abdominal Pain?

For the last several months I have had on and off left upper quad. abdominal pain that comes and goes but lately will not go. I went on prilosec 20 mg twice a day for the last two months and a first was helping but now nothing seems to help. I added tylenol but that does not help either. I don t know what it could be or what to try to relieve the pain but it is distrupting my sleep and now is distruptive to my days. I am 49 year old female. Thanks

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such pain could be due to hyperacidity and this can be best managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg" once in day and this is nothing to worry, hope this helps, and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
