Hello, I am 39 years old and sometimes I get heart rate increases sometimes and either headache or a little light headed. I have been in ER twice and doctors can t find anything wrong. Other symptoms are but not at the same time: Stuffy nose for no reason Back pain so unbearable that I m on the floor Mensrtal cycle puts me in bed for two to three days Some times just before my cycle my blood pressure drops and I m shaking exhausted and tired
