Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If I understood your right, you said your mom's blood pressure and sugar raises on and off and during that episodes she feels like vomiting. If that's your question, please provide answers to the following questions?

1) How frequently does this happen? I mean daily? weekly?
2) Are those episodes associated with head ache, palpitations (heating of one's own heart beat) sweating or breathing difficulty?
3) What medications she is on for her COPD? any steroids?
4) Are these episodes usually associated with panic or fear?

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Samuel
