What Causes Intermittent Headache, Foggy Head And Dizziness?
Past week I ve been feeling tired with intermittent headaches, foggy head and dizzy episodes. Headaches don t resolve with paracetamol. I ve now had a very sharp stabbing sensation under my left armpit (like a muscle spasm, but very sharp pain) I tried to breathe in 3 times, but the pain intensified when taking breaths. After a few seconds the episode passed. Now have a flutter, like a muscle twitching in the middle of my back. I can t recall pulling a muscle and have not been able to manage exercise while feeling so tired. Doctor ordered bloods today, my BP was high but I m always anxious when going to see the doctor. I m 30, BMI 26.2. Weigh 10st 7lb Thank you

Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like problem related to ear for example ear infection , meniere's disease , acoustic neuroma and other conditions like symptoms of stroke or heart attack or severe infection . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order blood test , examine with otoscope , CT scan and and balancing test . Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drugs , antibiotics , anti inflammatory or doctor may refer you to cardiologist . For now take proper rest , avoid bending forward and do not exert your body .
