What Causes Intermittent Headache And Tingling Sensation On Arms After Neck Surgery?

I am very confused and everything seems like I am in a fog. I have a serious headache off and on. I am itching all over. In 1996 I had surgery on my neck from a mv accident. Recently I have had serious pain and radiating burning and electric sensations from this area. I have been passing out and vomiting for the past two days. I have a hard time concentrating and driving. I can t seem to remember even my day to day recollections. There is also numbness and tingling in both of my arms radiating from this same area. I am also having visual and audio hallucenations. My Medicare will not be active until October 1, 2015--What should I do to help myself until my insurance is active?

I really appreciate your concern, what the history and symptoms given here it may not seems any disease but could be some functional disorders, but for safe side better to get done the CT of head, otherwise try to come out of stress and anxiety, try some relaxation therapy, yoga, meditation, control your thoughts, (Your age and gender is missing here else something more specific could have been thoughts ) hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
