What Causes Intermittent Ear Pain, Vertigo And Hoarse Voice?

Hi, I have a raw throat which started six days ago. Also a hoarse voice. No fever at all. I am experiencing ear pain and on and off again vertigo. Especially when laying down and getting up. It appears to be on my right side. I am doing the exercises for vertigo which I was given when I had this happen just two months ago. Just wondering how long this can go before I am finally over it.
