What Causes Intermittent Debilitating Pain Between Shoulder Blades And Tingling Arms?

What would cause intermittent debilitating pain in the back between the shoulder blades and tingling down both arms? Pain is intense and requires lying down on back for awhile for it to subside. Have had this happen occasionally for about a year, every day this week, and 5 times today.

it may be cervical spodilitis and because of pressure onnerve pain is radiating to arms. may use neck color and worm phomantation onneck. use hard bed and no pillow at night. take hifenac ptablet twotimes after food for five days. you should improve with precaution and treatment.
