What Causes Intermittent Burning Sensation In Left Thigh?

hi i have had a burning feeling in my left thigh on and off for a few weeks now but today it started about lunch time and it feels to be getting hotter and spreading down to my calf i also get very sharp pain in my left and right groin do you have an opinion what it could be

I really appreciate your concern, the given history is typically indicative of sciatica try to maintain good posture all along the way, you can have some NSAID (Non-steroid anti-inflammatory drug) for this but condition could be surgical one and may need some interventions, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
