What Causes Intermenstrual Bleeding?
I am sixteen and I work out Monday through Friday . Over a month ago I started my cycle then it was going to end as usually after 7 days then next day came back and was prolonged heavy and light till the next one as of last Tuesday or Wednesday and it s past the seven day mark.

Intermenstrual bleeding is quite common early stages of menstruation.
Generally, it will settle by itself.
If persists better to consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.
