General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

There is no risk of pregnancy. Unwanted 72 is highly effective if taken with 72 hours after intercourse. The bleeding or spotting are common side effects of taking emergency pills.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
