What Causes Interest In External Affairs Ignoring The Family?

I am a house wife of 39 years. I am 5 ft and 59 kgs. For last three years i am changing my bfs very often. I can not concentrate in my works, family, husband and son properly. I forgot things very often. I am attracted with many men simultaneously and like to be attached sexually with them. I was not this type. I wish to come out from this crysis and concentrate to my family. please help me.
