Hi, I think if you are sexually active, you should do a urine pregnancy test at home to rule out pregnancy. If negative, you can take some progesterone in high doses and Tranexamic acid to stop the bleeding. It can happen due to some infections or may be hormonal imbalances. Get yourself examined by a gynecologist. You may need some antibiotics. Also do a thyroid profile and prolactin levels and a ultrasound for your uterus and ovaries.
