What Causes Inter Menstrual Vaginal Bleeding?
Hi doctor. I am married and I ve been using pills for 6 years as a means of contraception for unwanted pregnancy.I have experienced many strange things that are happening to me lately. I frequently noticed some sand - like very tiny particles on my underwear. I also have vaginal bleeding a week after my period. Can you pls give me any advice? Thank you.

get it checked by doctor for local examination and diagnosis so that treatment gynecologist may be consulted for pv examination be advised microscopic examination of urine may be done after centrifuge
