What Causes Inter Menstrual Bleeding And Dizziness?
I had a bit of bleeding a couple days before my due period but it only lasted about a hour then for the next 2-3 days it was just brown discharge and a light pink discharge every now and then. I ve been getting dizzy when I stand fast and been eating more than normal I also have been having a pinching feeling in my lower abdomen. Could I be pregnant?

Provided you have regular menstrual cycle, scanty bleeding a couple of days before expected date of period. It could be implantation bleeding. If it continued spotting off & on could be due to hormonal insufficiency.
You should get home pregnancy done after 8 days after period date to confirm/exclude pregnancy.
