What Causes Intense Vaginal Itching?

I have had an intense vaginal itching for many days now I scratch so much I hurt myself sometimes. I cannot go to a pharmacy and I definitely cannot go to a gynecologist, is there anything I can do to treat it from home? Also before this occurred i had unprotected sex could this have something to do with it?

I can understand your concern.
Most common cause for severe vaginal itching is vaginal infection.
And you had unprotected Intercourse also. This is the likely cause for your vaginal infection and itching.
Best thing is antiseptic creams. But since you can not go to pharmacy or to gynecologist, do these things.
1. Avoid moisture and perspiration in private parts.
2. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
3. Wear cotton undergarments only.
4. Keep proper hygiene of private parts.
5. Avoid any kind of sexual activity.
If you don't improve with all these in 1 week, better to consult gynecologist.
