What Causes Intense Pain In The Stomach After An Enterectomy?

I had a bowel resection in November. I am now having sudden intense stomach pain. It feels like reflux but lower, behind my belly button. And also on my right side.The pain has not reduced with bowel movement, burping or vomiting. Should i go to the hospital

There can be various reasons as intestine colic, developing paralytic ileus, obstruction, electrolyte disturbances or so forth. I recommend to visit ER without delay to get it controlled sooner and better.
