General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Since your daughter has a history of Sinus problem, get her physically examined by an ENT, get X-Ray PNS, CBC done.

Untreated Sinus problems may lead to the spread of infection to the brains resulting in Seizures, which left untreated may get fatal.

Intense pain in the feet is indicative of developing Peripheral Neuropathy, it can be due to vitamin deficiencies(B1, B6, B12, folic acid & minerals).

Medications for pain, anti-seizure medications are effective. Get her Nerve Conduction tests, blood tests, Imaging tests done. Get her treated at the earliest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
