Hello Dr., I am 26 yr male from India. since last 4 weeks I am suffering from helth problem after facing the cold climate in due to snow in a hilly area: Symptoms: 1.Persistent, deep and sharp pain in left side of chest. 2.Pain is radiating to back and arm. 3. Pain is triggering more during movement, walk, deep breathing and coughing. 4. Persistent tightness and pressure in left side of chest. 5. Sweating and tiredness in little exertion. 6. Shortness of breathe. 7. Tingling in left palm. 8. Heavy coughing during talk. 9. Sometimes palpitations (rapid and irregular heart beat ). 10.Dry coughing with shortness of breathe. I visited a physician and undergone through several tests... 1.XRAY and CT of chest... found ok (normal) 2. All Blood tests.. ok (normal) 3. 2D-ECHO: it is showing MILD AML PROLAPSE and MILD MR. Is this chest pain is related to heart... Dr is telling me that MVP and MR are by birth and does not required any treatment. MEDICAL HISTORY: 1.Hypertension 2.Back and leg pain due to Lumber Spondylosis since 2013. Pls give your advice. help pls. Waiting for reply.
