General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It's completely normal to have itchy warts. They usually aren't a sign of anything more serious than dry, irritated skin around the affected area. You can use a steroid cream for local application. I also suggest using antihistamines such as Cetirizine 10 mg daily to relieve the itching.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
