General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Such buzzing sound is usually due to inflammation of the internal ear structure called cochlea, secondary to viral or bacterial infection spread from nose via Eustachian tube.

* Stop blowing nose strictly as this will increase the problems
* Take an anti-inflammatory medicines like Ibuprofen if it suits you
* Nasal decongestant drops
* Oral Decongestants
* Steam Inhalation
Consult an ENT Surgeon for proper clinical evaluation, examination and investigations; to get started on additional medicines as required like antibiotic. Take rest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
