What Causes Intense Abdominal Pain While Sneezing Long After Gastric Bypass?
I am a 45 year old woman that had gastric bypass Oct 2010. For the past 4-5 months when I sneeze (I sneeze rapidly usually 5-6 times in a row) I get what feels like a painful muscle cramp on the right side of my abdomen just below the lower portion of my rib cage. This cramp continues to intensify if I m sitting but gets better when I stand. But if I sit back down a few minutes later the painful cramp starts again. My menstrual cycles are erratic as I ve only had 2 this whole year. What is causing this?

* The long way back surgery of gastric bypass has no concern with sneezing related pain for sure.
