What Causes Intense Abdominal Pain And Bloating?

Last night I started to get this intense pain in my bowel and abdominal area. My dad has a history of twisted bowel and I'm a little concerned. Dribble wee when I go to the toilet but there is no way I can push to even to go to the toilet. I'm bloated. What should I do
