I have been I am a 48 year old female. I am in good shape. Run 3 x per week. Have some sleep issues, had a very strong restful could of days. Today I have been experiencing a cramping kind of pain, on and off above my left breast. I can feel the muscle more than on my right side. It s a new pain for me and it does not seem to fit the heart attack symptoms I looked up but I am nervous because it s new.

Hi,

I think this type of pain may be a mussel pain. It may be caused by overexercising or overstretching the mussels. You may use Advil for pain and also have rest. Try to exercise in moderate intensity and stretch moderately.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
